Thom’s passion for photography began at a young age while growing up in coastal San Diego, California. In his early years his free time was spent skateboarding down highway 101 through Carlsbad, Encinitas, and Solana Beach. At 14 years of age his parents gave him his first camera… a simple 35mm Sony point and shoot film camera. It was here the obsession began, snowballing into where it is today.
Since his formative years, Thom has become an accomplished photographer, entrepreneur, YouTuber, and adventure seeker. In his free time Thom enjoys traveling with his wife, off-road expeditions, camping, and planning his next adventure.
“Life is about experiences. It is about stepping out of your comfort zone and discovering what makes you who you are. In life it is too easy to become complacent… to settle… To me, life is about discovering what you love and doing everything you can to pursue those passions. It’s my goal to learn and grow through every experience I have. That’s one of the reasons I love photography so much. Photography allows me to create and document my experiences and share them with the world. Photography inspires me and drives me to capture moments that inspire you.”
